He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hawley and Lois Hawley (Gehrke); and his brother Edward Gabriel III. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Stephanie; his grandsons, Alexander and Maximilian Zech; and his siblings, Louise Galdonik, Dorothy Baker (David), Roberta Hawley and Guy Hawley (Gabriella).
