With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lay of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, born in West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 15, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry J. "Bud" Lay and Eunice Lay (Ohlrogge); and his grandson Tucker Joseph. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Wainscott; his children, Kerry Lay, Charlene Orne (Pete), Peggy Greco (Art) and David Lay; his sister Susan Wage; and his grandchildren, Ashley Barthel, Emily, William, Greyson, Hayley Orne, Tyler and Bella Greco.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in John's name may be made to Monteverdi Master Chorale, The Northern Gateway Chorus, and Trinity Lutheran Church.
