He was predeceased by: his parents, David Varney and Rosemary Varney. He is survived by: his friends, JoAnn and Sally; his siblings, Lisa, Mark (Sooji), Paul (Laura) and Carl (Linda); his nephews, Eric, Michael and Alec; and his aunt Connie Donovan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jack's memory to Opportunity Development Centers, Inc. (ODC) or Operation Bootstrap would be appreciated.
