He was predeceased by : his parent Sandra Horn; and his grandparents, Albert and Lindy Horn. He is survived by : his wife Stefanie Lazers; his sons, Tyler and Nathan; his parents-in-law, Kate and Mike Lazers; his brother-in-law Bob Lazers; his nephew Noah Lazers; and his stepfather Mike Hojnacki. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many, many friends.

Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Joshua's name are encouraged to do so to an education fund to be established for his children.
