She is survived by: her son Brian Wilkinson; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Morgan, Tyler, Austin, Travis and Amber Lynn; and her siblings, Frank Guzman (Kathy), Joseph Guzman (Joan), Joan Adamsheck and Thomas Guzman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
