Judy Kay Ziese Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard "Bud" Kaufman and Slyvia Kaufman (Fralick); and her brother Brad Kaufman. She is survived by: her husband Erv; her children, Ian Ziese (Shannon) of Eagan, MN and Rachel N. Ziese of Elk River, MN; her grandchildren, Audrey and Alex of Eagan, MN.; her siblings, Michelle "Shelly" Trautsch of Prairie du Chien and Phillip "Phil" Kaufman of Mondovi; her stepmother Mary Jane Kaufman of Prairie du Chien; her siblings-in-law, Timi Kaufman of Moweaqua, IL, Linsey Kaufman of Mondovi and Brian Trautsch; and her cousins, Rachel and Ian (Shannon). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Menzel Pavilion. During covid lockdown we would talk on the phone for hours upon hours, growing closer in my adult life than I ever could have hoped for.
