He is survived by: his wife Marla Kundert; his children, Derek of Sommerville, NJ, Dana (Fredrik Fredheim), Stevens Point and Alicia Kousek (Brad) of Muskego, WI; his grandchildren, Evelyn Kousek and Liam Kousek; and his siblings, Anita Huffman of Monroe, WI, Nancy McMahon (Paul) of Madison, WI, Kathryn Kammerude (Tom) of Blanchardville, WI, Frances Breyer (Mike) of Hortonville, WI and Gary McKenzie (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
