Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leonard Herman (Stevens Point, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 87, on November 23, 2018. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Herman and Elizabeth Herman (Shulfer); his wife Freda; and his sisters, Caroline and Germaine.

He is survived by: his uncle Dominick; his aunt Tillie Mansavage; his friend Buddy; his brother-in-law Lloyd Lorbeck; his daughters, Leah Lepinski (Ken) of Stevens Point, Diane Matysik (Mike) of Rosholt, Beth Nellessen (Paul) of Stevens Point and Sara De Nucci (John) of Fernandina Beach, FL; his brother Anton Bronk (Pat); his grandchildren, Jocelyn Quintal-Lepinski (Daisy), Justin Lepinski (Kathryn), Jordan Matysik (Kaylee Wierzba), Jaime Hintz (Jared), Antonio De Nucci, Eva De Nucci, Kyla Pliskie (Erik AndriusCrots), Alyk Pliskie, Abigail Nellessen, Elizabeth Nellessen and Rebecca Nellessen; and his great grandchildren, Lane, Keaton, Max, Alice, Marley and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to the Alzheimer's Association.

“Dear Leah, Diane, Beth and Sarah, We are sorry for your loss of your Dad. I have fond memories of the times that our family came to Wisconsin to visit, mostly when I was pretty young. My first memory of anything was getting my finger stuck in the chain of the porch swing when I was 2 years old! I also remember that Wisconsin had paved roads wherever we went, which was so amazing to someone from Sarles. Uncle Leonard and Dad always had to exchange jokes when they saw each other. Bob and I enjoyed visiting your mom & dad over 20 years ago when we were vacationing in Wisconsin. I know that you have many more memories of your parents, these are just a few that I remember most. Hugs to you all. Wendy and Bob Bos”
