He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhode R. Sorenson and Mary Sorenson (Shomberg); his wife Grace Pasholk; his siblings, Eugene Sorenson, Fay Jakusz and Benita Flora; and his grandson Jason Sorenson.
He is survived by: his children, James (Elaine) of Stevens Point, Michael of Amherst, Kenneth of Idaho, Sandra of Stevens Point and Angela Dinkins (Jim) of Plover; and his sisters, Ione Hetzer, Rosemary, Annette and Cindy Rutkowski (Gary). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
