It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard B. Wanta of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wanta-Davis and Eleanore Wanta-Davis (Piotrowski); his stepfather Clarence Davis Jr.; his brothers, Clarence Davis III (Butch) and Thomas Wanta; and his sister-in-law Jackie Wanta.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Oligney) of Stevens Point; and his siblings, William Wanta, Ernest Wanta (Linda), John Doran (Robert), Patrick Davis (Karen), Donald Davis (Tammy) and Jean Zarecki (Ken).
