She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Golla and Martha Golla (Tryba); her stepfather Syl Kubisiak; her grandson Seth Zakrzewski; her son-in-law Jerry Zdroik; her siblings, Chet Golla, Marge Wanta, Irene Miskowski and Jim Golla; her in-laws, Dorothy Golla, Hank Wanta, Jim Miskowski, Jim Pavelski, Vic Schultz, Virg Golla, Anton, Regina Lewandowski, Betty and Ray Walczak; and her stepbrother Bill Kubisiak.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Lewandowski, Karen Konopacky (Jack), Linda Zdroik, Mary Pingel (Larry), Dennis Lewandowski (Vicki), Barbara Guinn, David Lewandowski (Dean) and Annette Flugaur (Gary); and her sisters, MaryAnn Pavelski, Virg Clausen, Fay Schultz and Sophie Kubisiak. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren.
