He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tomczak and Juanita Tomczak (Miner); and his brother-in-law Henry Richard Lee. He is survived by: his siblings, Dave Tomczak (Barb) and Laurie Lee; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny (Brian), Emily (Peter), Henry, Lee Jr., Ashley (Michael) and April. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
