She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Sr. Wierzba and Anna Wierzba (Kizewski); her husband Frank Meshak; her sisters-in-law, Sophie Wierzba, Lenae Wierzba-Sankey (Norb), Germaine Meshak and Lois Meshak; her stepfather Peter Wierzba; her daughter Marie Meshak; her brothers, Andrew Jr. and David Wierzba; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Wierzba, Marge Meshak, Leonard Meshak (Doris), John Meshak, Ralph Meshak (Mary Jane), Rita Meshak and Joe Meshak.
She is survived by : her children, Paul Meshak (Rita), Mark Meshak (Julie), Marcia Meshak and Cheryl Filtz (Chris); her grandchildren, Daniel Meshak, Rachael Flood (Alan), Paul Meshak Jr., Cecily Mileski (Joe), Steven Meshak, Caitlyn Filtz (Jesus Camacho Cruz), Sarah Meshak, Ben Meshak and Noah Meshak; her great grandchildren, Mollie, Elliot Flood, Stella Mileski, Lyla Kawleski and Francine Mileski; and her siblings, Rita Goskowicz (John), Rose Hamilton (Brian), Helen Hintz (Al), Anna Mlodik (Dennis), Thomas Wierzba (Mary), Ronald Wierzba (Peggy), Frank Wierzba (Althea), John Wierzba (Linda) and Gary Wierzba (Lori). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.
