He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Anderson of Clintonville, WI.; his children, Matthew (Kassandra), Michael (Lisa), Christopher (Ray Jabar), Timothy Sbonik, Amber Sbonik and Michelle Machkovech; his granddaughter Alaina Sbonik; his sister Carol Wilmoth; and his niece Lisa Popp. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
