She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; her parents, Joseph Kosobucki and Anna Kosobucki (Wroblewski); her children, Janet and Anthony; her brothers, Chester and Ernest Kosobucki; her grandson Jacob Krembs; and her siblings-in-law, Conrad Domaszek and Rita Kosobucki.
She is survived by: her children, Jerome Sikorski (Cindy) and Dorothy Krembs (David); her sister Rita Domaszek; her grandchildren, Sarah Krembs, Matthew Sikorski (Ashley Tewes), Jessica Vassar (Michael), Rebecca Adams (Stefan), Nicole Skadahl (Luke) and Red Pendragon (Reggie); and her sister-in-law Delores Janick. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
