He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Gorell and Elaine B. Gorell (Paape); and his wife Shirley M. Easterson. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Dobratz (Dan), Kyle Gorell (Renee) and Kim Bolender; his grandchildren, Taylor Palm (Cody), Rachel Johnson (Ellis), Morgan Dobratz (Jesse Paisley), Madison Schell and Noah Gorell; his sister Charleen; and his brother-in-law Harvey Hams of Eau Claire.
