He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kuckkahn and Evelyn Kuckkahn; and his wife Shirley Ruth. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Wayne and Todd Jay (Mary); his grandchildren, Megan, Makenzy, Molly (Josh Slaton), Morgan and Matt (Lauren); Uriah, Cel, Clark and Jayley.
