She is survived by : her parents, Leslie "Chick" Klais and Hazel Klais (Martin); her daughter Sydney Whitaker of Madison; her brother Michael Klais of Las Vegas, NV; her nephew Chad Klais; and her great-nephews, Dillion and Colton Klais.
