He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Dennison (Dale) of La Crosse and Judy Van Voorhis (Joe) of Cocoa Florida; his grandchildren, Tennille Osthoff (Tad Boardman) of Genoa, Daniel Osthoff of La Crosse and Nathan Van Voorhis of Madison; his great grandchildren, Carmen, Valerie, Pelara, Emma and Ella; and his close friend Karen Kaiser.
