He was predeceased by: his father John Kellogg. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Kellogg (Thoftne); his children, Jamie Thomas (Jason) and Derek Kellogg (Jessica); his brother Scott Kellogg; his grandchildren, Oakley, Tessa, Beckham Kellogg, Kristina and Karly Thomas; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by many cousins; and countless friends.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are preferred with proceeds being given to charity in Mike's name.
