He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Perry and Thera Perry (Frederick); his wife Connie Grover; his in-laws, Margaret and Elmer Grover; and his pet Charlize.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Perry of Oran, Jennifer Block (Jim) of DeWitt and Eric Perry (Renee) of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Cody Perry, Brianna Sandstrom (Taner Burns), Derek Block (Ashley), Arianna Weeks (Noah), Dustin Block, Andrew Block (Taylor Tenley), Alexia Block, Carter and Reece Perry; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Miller Sandstrom, Isabella, Baylor, Perri Block, Paisley Rathje and Sloane Weeks.
