It is with sadness that the passing of Adam Charles Lee (Stoughton, Wisconsin) is shared. Adam, born on March 5, 1981, passed away on July 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion, Charles Prust, Ann and Clarence Lee; and his niece Molly Pechan.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Lee and Barb Lee; his wife Tiffanie; his children, Hunter and Harper; his sister Tara Pechan (Tom); his parents-in-law, Kathy and Jeff Wolfgang; his siblings-in-law, Josh and Danielle; and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Elle, Will, Autumn and Avery. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
