She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Bernice Phillips; and her siblings, Janice Notbohm Lehmann and Robert Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lyke; her children, Carla Hoffman (Josh) and Chris Lyke (April); her grandchildren, Noelle, Eli Gomez, Wilson, Miles, Landry, Kelso and Elliot Lyke; and her cousin Mary Peterson.
