He is survived by: his wife Donna Fox; his children, Julie Smithback (Neal), Cindy Veum (Kenny) and Brian Meyer (Emily); his grandchildren, Staci Smithback (Billy), Neal Nicholas Smithback (Alexandra), Benjamin Veum (Sabryn) and Shelby Veum (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Natalee and William Roach.
