He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Skoien and Norma Skoien (Bruheim); and his daughter Tammy Skoien. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Skoien; his son Todd Skoien (Mark Larson); and his brothers, Jack Skoien (Joyce), Norman Skoien (Sandy) and Jim Skoien (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dane County Humane Society.
