He is survived by: his father Duane Sperstad; his wife Kathie Martinson; his children, Brooke Vinje (Mark Brown), Josh Wrhel and Justin Vinje (Emmy Brown); his grandchildren, Shane Kraft, Hunter Wrhel and Hadley Wrhel; and his sister Brenda Shields (Mike).
