He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Pernot and Bette Pernot (Greenberg); and his son-in-law Anthony Janowski. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Petritz; his daughters, Nikki Pernot (Gilbert Lee) and Elizabeth Janowski (Brad Bergen); his granddaughter Lily Janowski; his sister Renee Hoxie (Neil); and his cousins, Tom Greenberg and Paula Carrier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help support Greg's granddaughter, Lily, in her future college and hockey endeavors.
