With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irving James Melaas (Stoughton, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Geda. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Susan Pundt (Jeff), Mary Kluever and Teresa Juve (Doug); his son-in-law Dennis Borman; his grandchildren, Wade Pundt, Angela Borman, Lindsay Gagnon (Collin), Sara Frey (Joe), Kyle Juve and Garrett Kluever; and his great grandchildren, Aricia Pundt, Olivia Frey, Emmeline Frey, Artemis Gagnon and Auggie Gagnon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Covenant Lutheran Church (1525 N Van Buren St, Stoughton, WI 53589).
