She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Bechtold and Helen Bechtold; her husbands, Gary Pellmann and Curt Pellmann; her siblings, Bonnie Donovan and Ron Bechtold (Nora); her children, Marcie Mahuta (Jon), Martin Vaage (Karen) and Marc Vaage (Marcia Tarrant); her grandchildren, Jacque Klimek (Nick), Samantha Sawle, Austin Vaage, Sophia and Samantha Gehling; and her great grandchildren, Harlyn, Callyn and Breckyn Klimek.

Contributions in Jan's honor may be made to Covenant Lutheran Church Bell Choir, the Humane Society, or the MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) Coalition.
