She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaBansky and Violet LaBansky (Bratvold); her husband Raymond Smithback; her son Michael Smithback; and her brothers, Joe and Curt LaBansky.
She is survived by: her children, Terry LaBansky (Lesa) and Richard Smithback (Lynda); her grandchildren, Kelly LaBansky and Christine "Chrissy" Huggett (LaBansky); her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Robin and Mahzio; and her sister Jean Keegan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
