He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Sawall; his brother Ernest "Butch" Johnson; his nieces, Kayla Faust and Kristen Dukes (Antoine); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marianna Faust, Eloise and Ezriel Dukes; and his aunts and uncles, Betty Gervasi (Joe), JoAnn Dushack, Ruthann Frank, Linda Gladem, Donna Wells (Dan), Richard Dushack (Dorothy) and James Dushack. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
