It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia F. Holtan of Stoughton, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elver Oscar and Claire Oscar (White); and her son Peter. She is survived by: her husband Vern Holtan of Stoughton, WI; her children, John Holtan (Karen) of Appleton, WI, David Holtan of Madison, WI and Susan Holtan of Sedona, AZ; and her granddaughters, Kristen Holtan and Nicole Holtan.
