He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Stack and Cherubin "Carrie" Stack (Fry); his siblings, William, Leonard, Thomas Stack, Marion Draeger (Reiny), Joan Manthey (Leo) and Elaine Pilgrim (Elroy); and his daughter-in-law Tara Stack.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of Joseph's Catholic Church; his sons, Todd Stack (Donna), Jason Stack (Christy) and Chad Stack (Emily); his grandchildren, Merissa Kraus (Dylan), Megan Stack (John), Brenda Stack (Jack), Amanda Stack and Adam Stack; his stepgrandchildren, Mike Shara and Kara Schara; his sisters, Frances Grosskreutz and Patricia Pautzke (Jim); and his sister-in-law Mary Stack.
