He is survived by: his wife Helen Werner; his children, Paul Nikolai (Lori) of Stratford, Maria Nikolai (Steve Baur) of Stratford, Dennis Nikolai (Melanie) of Stratford, Diane Schmidt (Greg) of Stratford, Laura Peterson (Shane) of Stratford, Elaine Forrest (Brian) of Stratford and Roger Nikolai (Elizabeth) of Loyal; his brother Richard Nikolai of Colby; his son-in-law Gary Vanderhoof of Stratford; and his sister-in-law Karleen Werner of Arpin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Pat's name be directed to the Leukemia Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
