He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Jicinsky and Hattie Jicinsky (Ertl); his sister Ruth Hadley; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Jicinsky, Gene Jenkins and Richard Brandt; and his niece Diane Hadley.

He is survived by : his wife Gertie; his children, Rebecca Ransome (Chris), Laure Pecore (Wayne), Cindy Jicinsky (Christine), Julie Heck (Richard), Kim Mueller (Guy) and Jay Jicinsky (Donna); and his siblings, Jim Jicinsky (Patricia), Joan Jenkins (Gene), Lois Brandt (Richard) and Paul Jicinsky (Patricia). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
