It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cristine Ann Vana of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, born in Carpentersville, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Vana and Barbara Vana (May). She is survived by : her sisters, Mary Jo Denz of Clearwater, FL and Bonnie Leffler (Steven) of Crystal Lake, IL; her aunts, Kate Kuffner (David) of Wilmette, IL and Diane Piette of Indianapolis, IN; and her cousins, Suzanne, Beth, Ilsa, Erik and Elin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Cristine's name to Wisconsin Humane Society – Door County campus.
