He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Pape (Nancy) of Glendale, AZ, Colleen Kollberg (Wade) of Appleton, WI, Daniel D. Pape (Jessica) of Spring Green, WI and Stephen D. Pape (Beth) of Oconomowoc, WI.; his grandchildren, Michelle Pape-Krueger (Joey Kolenc), Ryan Krueger (Heidi), Annica Pape (Paul Zweifel), Averie Pape, Curt Hibbard (Darby), Nathaniel Kollberg (Kenzie Kudrna), Aaron Kollberg (Avi VanHooreweghe), Sophie Kollberg, Luke Pape (Kayla Potter), Sam Pape, Monty Pape, Haley Sloan (Max) and Hannah Krause; and his great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Soraya, Avril, Stormie, Meeka, Elaina Jo and Bernadette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many good friends.
