He is survived by: his children, Robert Mitchell (Kari), Eugene Mitchell III (Linda) of Elkhorn, Julia Mitchell-Barney (Kevin) of West Chester, OH and Margaret McAuliffe (Daniel) of Lake Geneva; and his granddaughter Jennifer Wang (Eric).
