The memory of Joanne Kintopf of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidtke and Dora Schmidtke (Wolske); her husband John Kintopf of John's Lutheran Church; her son John; her son-in-law Steve Anderson; her brothers, Gerry Schmidtke (Rosie), Norman Schmidtke, Kenny Schmidtke (Janice) and Ron Schmidtke (Marlene); and her in-laws, Jim Kintopf (Dorothy), Milton Kintopf, Albert Kintopf (Shirley), Norbert Kintopf and Karl Krauel.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Anderson (Paul), Lois Anderson, Roland Kintopf (Kathy) and Brad Kintopf; her brother Larry Schmidtke (Ann); and her siblings-in-law, Alan Kintopf (Linda), June Krauel, Jane Sperber (Fritz), Janice Schmidtke, Sheboygan Barb Kintopf and Louise Kintopf. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peters Lutheran Church (108 W Maple St, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
