He is survived by: his children, Lori Coonen (Roland) of Combined Locks, WI, Ted LaVine of Sturgeon Bay, WI and Tami Hermes (Rick) of Hobart, WI; his grandchildren, Miranda, Trevor, Kaitlyn, Taylor and Logan; his siblings, Bob LaVine (Jan), Tom LaVine, Oscar LaVine and Mary Jo Jome (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Gina LaVine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
