Nicholas Ciganik Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2020, at the age of 72, Nicholas Ciganik of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, born in Ionia, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ciganik and Mary Jane Ciganik; and his sister Barbara Ann Ciganik. He is survived by : his wife Lynda Carol Outman; his children, Ted Ciganik (Gina) of Minnesota and Meghan Ciganik (Tim Nagel) of Texas; his grandchildren, Abby, Melanie Talmadge, Claudia and Calvin Cignaik; and his siblings, James Ciganik and Marie Swann (Robert).

Due to the pandemic, private family services will be conducted.

Memorials may be directed to St. John Bosco School (STEM Program) 730 W. Maple St., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

“I was very sorry to hear of Nick's sudden passing. Our families shared a pew at St. Mary's Miriam Catholic Church in Otisco Township for many years. I remember running into Nick at MSU where we were both students. Always great to see folks from home! More recently, I saw him at his sister Barbara's funeral. My condolences to all of you. I will always remember Nick as a kind and gracious gentleman.”
