He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Kositzke; and his in-laws, Mary and Don Langenkamp. He is survived by: his father Dennis Kositzke (Menasha); his wife Lisa Langenkamp; his brothers, Brian and Craig (Menasha); his siblings-in-law, Kristina Langenkamp (Milwaukee) and Jeff (Robin) Langenkamp (Green Bay); his nieces, MacKenzie Brunette and Alexis Brunette; and his pets, Brie and Stella.
Memorials to the Door County Land Trust will be very much appreciated in lieu of flowers. The family wishes to thank the ICU staff at Aurora BayCare Medical Center for their exceptional caregiving and the UW transplant team for making Scott's organ donation wishes a reality.
