We are sad to announce that, on December 6, 2025, at the age of 86, Sheila Turner (Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Eugene Haggerty and Beatrice Ethel Haggerty (Menne); her former husband Martin "Mike" Kelsey, Jr.; her husband Davis "Scotty" Turner; her son Martin "Mike" Kelsey III (Jeannine); her sisters, Rosemary Haggerty and Kathleen Moossy; and her brother-in-law Dennis Parravano.
She is survived by: her children, Beatrice Stein (Lawrence) of Windermere, FL, Barbara McIntire (Mark) of Sartell, MN, Margaret Kelsey (Michael Teich) of Whitefish Bay, WI, Brian Kelsey (Philip Berndt) of Fish Creek, WI and Kathryn Turner of Los Angeles, CA; and her siblings, Patrick Haggerty (Mary) of Dallas, TX, Michael Haggerty (Jean) of Austin, TX and Teresa Parravano of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
