He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Day and Karen Day; his brothers, Paul, Joseph and Timothy Day; and his grandson Clayton Smith.
He is survived by: his significant other Kelli Watts; his daughters, Kayla Broadway (Michael) and Stephanie Amsden (Dylan); his grandchildren, Nayomi McCutcheon, A'mirah McCutcheon, Brayden Amsden and Braylynn Amsden; his sisters, Diane Day and Mary Day; and his sister-in-law Irene Day. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home (908 11th Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Union Grove Cemetery (5115 S Colony Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182).
