The memory of Rita Margaret Mason-Saaf (Sturtevant, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Elizabeth; her husband James Mason; her sister Rosalie Zurawski; and her brothers-in-law, Caz Zurawski, Russ Schmeckel, Lornie Uhlenhake and Wayne Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Mason (Leslie), Sharon Mason, JoElle Mason (Sam) and Kathy Anderson (Tim); her grandchildren, Amanda, Emily, Justin, Ben, Valerie, Bonnie, Katie, Sam Jr. and Emele; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Taylor, Mason, Eli, Summer, Bryce, Lilly, Addy, Luke, Jacob, Jeremy, Lucy and Joshua; her great great grandchildren, Bryce Jr. and Rae'Lynn; and her sisters, Monica Schmeckel, Karla Uhlenhake, Paula Thomas and Cecelia Koellner (Bruce).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Sebastian Catholic Church (3126 95th St, Sturtevant, WI 53177). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery (1501 172nd Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182).
