She is survived by: her husband Allan Dombrowski; her children, Jon Dombrowski (Brenda), Jean Kleczka (Bryan), Jolene Bradley (Brian) and James Dombrowski (Aspiro); her grandchildren, Brad Kleczka (Kristen), Nick Dombrowski (Jenna), Andy Kleczka (Stacey), Brooke Dombrowski-Rabida, Kolton Bradley (Ashley), Kody Bradley (Alyona) and Kase Bradley; her great grandchildren, Carsyn and Levi Kleczka; and her grandchildren, Jett Kleczka, Chase and Cree Dombrowski.
