He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Standiford and Sue Standiford; his sister Kristina "Tina" Standiford; his brother-in-law Greg Freund; and his brother Peter Standiford.

He is survived by: his wife Beth Standiford; his son Nathan Standiford; his siblings, Pat Whempner, Mark Standiford (Teri), Donna Freund, Tim Standiford (Mary Beth), Patrick Standiford and Lisa Kreger; his sister-in-law Nicki Chapman; and his close friends, Jim Howe and Jim Leitzinger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
