She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Phillips; her parents, Delbert Elmer and Viola Elmer; and her stepchildren, Steve and Cindy Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Chad Phillips and Amy Phillips (Scott Kruchten); her stepsons, Scott Phillips and Todd Phillips; and her siblings, Richard, Ken Elmer and Debra Henry. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
