She was predeceased by: her father Robert Polzin; and her in-laws, Vernon and Marietta Werth (Niederstadt). She is survived by: her mother Nina Polzin (Twieg); her husband Gregory Werth; and her siblings, Glen Polzin (Donna), Noreen Schreiber (Ron), Joye Bedard (Ken) and Sarah Polzin (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nephews, one great-niece, and many other relatives and friends.
