He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Hansen; his wife Leslie Alzuhn-Hansen; his children, Ashley Hansen-Maas (Trent Maas), Calla Hansen (Micah Schubring) and Zack Hansen (McKenna Michel); his brother Brian Hansen; his sibling-in-law Kim; his nieces and nephews, Lana, Evan and Chris; and his sister Kimberly Hansen. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Doug's memory to organizations that reflected causes close to his heart and he donated to regularly: Mighty Oaks- Organization that provides faith based rehab for veterans and first responders.
